Care Packages for Deployed Troops

Join us as we assemble 100+ care packages for deployed service members.  This is a fun opportunity for the young, old and anyone in between to serve together for the benefit of our deployed service members.  Families, co-workers, friends and groups are welcome to attend.

Plastic Mats for Homeless Veterans

Help make portable sleeping mats for homeless veterans.  Individuals, families, and groups will help sort and cut plastic shopping bags that are then rolled into plarn balls. Knowledgeable volunteers will crochet the plarn balls into mats.  No crochet knowledge is necessary to participate in this event.  Open to all ages.

 

When: 3rd Tuesday of each month, 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Where: Anthem Civic Building

Registration: Not required
